Applications
Widely used in poultry and swine feed, β-mannanase improves nutrient utilization in soybean meal and other mannan-rich raw materials, reducing intestinal viscosity and supporting feed conversion ratio (FCR). In compound feed mills and premix operations, it enables higher inclusion of alternative protein sources while maintaining performance and lowering formulation cost per ton. For livestock and aquaculture nutrition, mannanase supports digestive efficiency and more predictable growth outcomes. Detergent-grade mannanase enzyme is applied in powder and liquid laundry formulations to hydrolyze mannan-based gums and food thickeners, improving stain removal and wash performance.
