Applications
Used across baking, brewing, animal feed, botanical extraction and pulp and paper processing. In bread making, xylanase and hemicellulase preparations improve dough handling, loaf volume, crumb structure and machinability while supporting flour standardization. In brewing, liquid xylanase reduces wort viscosity, improves lautering speed and increases extract yield. Feed-grade xylanase enhances fiber degradation and nutrient availability in monogastric diets, while high-activity endo-xylanase supports botanical extraction of isoflavones and saponins and selective hemicellulose removal in kraft pulp bleaching to reduce chemical consumption.

CAS No. 9025-57-4. Activity ranges include 5,500 U/g, 10,000 U/g and up to 110,000 U/g powders, as well as stabilized liquid formulations for process dosing. Produced from Bacillus subtilis, Trichoderma reesei and Penicillium spp.; available in food grade, Halal-certified, feed grade and industrial alkaline variants suitable for continuous production, bulk supply and scale-up.
